New Year's resolution to not suck at LJ not going so well.
Have bad cabin fever. Sit in house too much. Sleep too much. Do not get enough exercise. Cannot motivate self to get more exercise. Vicious horrible cycle, must be broken by structure and discipline. Slowly going insane, except without the slowly part.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH.
And there you have it.
I've seen a lot of movies this week, the notable two being "On the Beach," which had me flailing around with a broken heart for the next day, and "A Very Long Engagment," which, while it just emphasized that director's love of taping people having sex, was a very good and smart and fun movie. Even if it was French.
Today is Don's and mine fourth anniversary. It's a little scary, especially looking backand seeing how much we've changed, together and apart. While OCD and time have not helped to strengthen the convictions I once held about the future, I am learning to cross those bridges when I come to them. Or at least try.
My kee.
We're going to Edo restaurant and then seeing "House of Flying Daggers." He might actually come to temple with me tonight too, since tonight is the rememberance of my grandmother's death, but we'll see how he feels about that.
Mmm, Jews.
Also, I read a great book about a Jewish girl who had hardcord OCD. It was awesome. I think Bob and Kevin should read it. Maybe. In any case it was good.
And...um...then I started rereading "Stiff: The Strange Lives of Human Cadavers," which everyone should enjoy, but probably won't cuz it's squidgy.
Now I'm just talking.
HERE'S ANOTHER QUIZ:

I am grieved. If you've seen the movie, you would know my grief. Tragic.
Also, you should see this movie.
...also I'm going to go...try not to go to sleep...now...
