Many people at roommate's job have swine flu. She is taking lots of vitamins and drinking tea and occasionally we shout "NO SWINE FLU!" at each other. No swine flu. ;_;

I worked 17 hours yesterday to pay back my debt to society. Then I went to bed. I called this morning to make sure someone else had opened the store. After I had other people confirm that I did indeed have the day off.

Yesterday my college roommate Rebecca texted me asking if I would call her mom and wish her a happy 60th birthday. We ended up having a really good conversation, her mother and I. That was really lovely.

Thanks for the butterflies and the sadness

This is a post about TV shows I never ever thought I'd watch and have ended up enjoying.

Heroes: SYLAR IS A CRAZY CRAZY MAN. Explaining the plot to infinityduck, however, made me sound equally as crazy.

"What's that sound in your heart?"
"MURDER. >)"

Also I don't like radiation man. He is full of scary.

Fringe: The cast has been renamed as follows: Denethor, BleakPeter, Olivia WheetWheet, Meat Brick, Meat Tube, Charlie Who Hates Everything, Aphid, and uhh....Broyles. And Nina Sharp. I guess we feel ambivalent enough about them to not give them stupid monikers.

Also, seeing Star Trek has illuminated so many things in my life. And now the cast is following me around. In the TV. True story.
