I had a donut this morning. It was super glorious and full of goo. Oh, leavened goods, how I missed you.
I got this email from Amazon this morning: As someone who has purchased or rated books by Anne Allison, you might like to know that Plague of the Undead: Chronicles of Blood will be released on April 21, 2010.
Um, my book by Anne Allison is about Japanese toys. I'm not sure how these two things relate? Thanks, Amazon, for keeping my interests in mind, whatever you decide they are!
Waiting to receive my directions for my exciting journey to La Crosse and tonight I must must must write a cover letter, wash the dishes, and clean my room. In that order.
Because of an entry on my flist, I'm thinking again about writing, but in terms of Chinese dynastic cycles. I think I'm in one of those writing dynasties where the Yellow River killed everyone a million times. Or something like that. My Chinese history is a little rusty. Regardless, maybe I'll finally do the writing meme and cry all my writing emotions out later. It might be a good emotional purging.
I have a lot to do at work today, which I don't really mind, because they're all my projects. It's when cleaning discs and doing shit for other people gets in the way that I get frustrated.
