Obviously, one-week filter trial is now in effect. Experts are taking stock of reactions and noting gravitational shifts and pulls.
BRIT: I'm sorry, uh..I heard you left your phone at work? I'll talk to you tonight?
Since
sake_butterfly is the other half of my brain, and she posted her six current songs, I have to do the same thing. And here's what's been on my listening list lately.
In all honestly, what I've been listening to most is "CRIMSON" by ALKALINE TRIO. But I'm going to rip that whole CD and put it on here in the next few days, so that's for it's own post.
1. M.A.S.H. - "Suicide is Painless"
Not that I condone suicide in any capacity, but this song is just too beautiful.
2. The Whitlams - "No Aphrodisiac"
I very, very much wanted to write something to this, but the line "I'll be asleep on in my brother's house" made things...uh...difficult, if you know where I'd have been trying to go with it. Yeah.
3. Kawabe Chieco - "Sakura Kiss"
Opening to Ouran High School Host Club. And it rocks my socks off.
4. Postal Service - "Against All Odds"
This song is on DDR in all it's original trashy glory, and I always had a secret weakness for it. And now it's even better.
5. Rachael Yamagata - "Letter Read"
This song kicks my ass. The chorus just turns up in my head randomly.
6. Letters to Cleo - "I Want You to Want Me"
Long live "10 Things I Hate About You!" Long live this song and every word of it!
And HERE is a zip file of these songs. If you take, let me know what you think. Or don't. But I am curious.
I'm got my hair cut again today, and later this week I'm going to have Manager Shawn re-dye it. My logic is that if expensive dye washed out so easily, then cheap dye will stay in longer!
Also "Frogs" is a bad movie. "What if nature waged a war...and everyone came?" Yeah, what if someone made a movie and it sucked? What then?
And last night I was looking at something on LJ, I don't remember why, but I saw something there and I realized I remembered when you put it there, how could I have forgotten? How could I question? It was right there the whole time.
And I was very happy.
