Okay, so it was fun and they clearly had a ball with it, and they had that whole giant-rolling-thing theme, and all sorts of quirky little throwbacks and YAY and WOO and the witch doctor was hot and um num and Norrington, my poor abused Norrington!

BUT OH MY GOD.

I was just leaning over and saying to Don that I was hoping the Witch Doctor was the captain.

AND THEN BARBOSSA CAME DOWN THE STAIRS AND MY MOUTH FELL OPEN AND MY HANDS COVERED MY MOUTH AND OH MY GOD.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Apparently Barbossa is incredibly important to me and I only realized it at THAT MOMENT because I felt like I'd been slapped in the face with A SIXTEEN DRUG HIGH AND I COULD NOT STOP SMILING AND FLAILING AND FLAPPING MY HANDS AT DON!

DUDE there is no fucking way Davey Jones could EVER be as badass and lovely as Barbossa, and I KEPT SAYING THAT THE WHOLE GODSDAMNED MOVIE OMG AND THEN THERE HE WAS AND I WAS LIKE, SCREAMING AND FLAILING AND I THINK I NEARLY TORE ANGE'S ARM OF AND OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOGMG AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now we pretty HAVE to see the third cause of all the unresolvedness.

-Will having seen Elizabeth kiss Jack and being emo over it!
-Elizabeth being emo over guilt for handcuffing Jack to the ship!
-Jack being maybe dead?!
-BarbOSSMOG! coming back.
-Norrington (who indeed was like all scruffily good looking in this) and the Lord Beckett(who is still Mr. Collins to me just pissed Lizzie turned him down in Pride and Prejudice) thing with Davy Jones' heart.
-And um...they might explain the Davy Jones/Woman He Loved thing?

Witch Doctor was severely badass in my book.

heh, they definitely had fun with the rolling thing in this movie... i think whoever it was, really liked hamster toys or something :p
