An enormous favor:

I know this is a terrible thing to ask, but in the interest of keeping my dad from exploding into a fountain of OCD-perfectionist-stress-filled-BLAH...

Would anyone in Madison be willing to, during the week, come over and spend an hour or two with my mom? She needs to get away from my dad, and my dad needs to get away from the house but he's got it in his head that he can't leave her alone.

And I work all week and then I'm gone, and I'd really like it if they didn't kill each other while I was away.

No worries if you can't/dun wanna, whatever, my mom has her own friends and I will hit my dad with a sledgehammer to get him down if I need to. Just thought I'd ask.

Peace, y'allz.

Too bad Bob's not here. She would be good for that.

If I had an hour or two during the week, it would be an hour or two of AWKWARD SILENCE!
Except your mom's really nice, so maybe it'd work out anyway.

I'll do it!

Er... Except I don't live in Madison, do I? And it would be a looong drive.

Tell your mom I hope she's feeling better.

I'd be happy to spend some time with your mom. Just let me know when you're thinking this might happen.

I was just going to comment that I would totally do that! If you still need people for this task or anything else after August 10th you know you guys can count on me.

And tell your mom again that I'm glad she's doing well and hope she's up and about soon!
