I meant upload my Five Perfect CDs before I left, since I made a point of ripping them all in advance, but time has snuck up on me and I have to get to sleep so I can drive away with

monkeybobert tomorrow.

Saw "Snakes on a Plane" with Don and Bob last night, and then slept at Don's, and then did errands all day, stopped at Four Star, bought my mom a birthday present, packed some, went to dinner with Don, Bob, and

homoshiroi and then packed more while Alex and Don talked about Futurama and Chenya went...crazy?

And here we are now.

I won't find out if Oni gets to come until the morning, and that's assuming I can reach my landlord. So cross your fingers and clap your hands, and then send Bob and I good thoughts for a decent car and clear roads.

I wish I had something poetic to say, but I'm drawing a long sleepy blank, and I've grown up and moved enough to know now that making some solid sentimental statement isn't necessitated if it's conveyed every day. I don't know when I'll be on again -maybe tomorrow, maybe not until Friday, maybe longer- or when I'll have a consistent connection. But you can be assured I'll be thinking of y'allz and I hope that if you have a minute, you'll give me a text or something. It's a long drive, and I hear in Williamsburg they're very "colonial."
