TECHNICALLY. You don't need to give any notice at all. Say you quit, and leave.
The idea behind giving notice in good time, though, is that your boss won't be P.O'ed and will give you a good work reference if someone calls in the future (although idk how WI laws work, but under CA law, unless you list your boss as a reference, she can only confirm your dates of employment and nothing else). And of course, giving notice in good time assumes that you even give a fuck how much trouble you'll give by making your boss scramble to fill the empty shifts you leave.
So, tl;dr, don't worry about it. Find a job, and quit.
