I'm beginning to see the light

So pretty much every night, my mom comes in and says "Turn off the fan when you go to bed, okay?" She means the huge attic fan that we turn on at night to compensate for our lack of air conditioning. However, every night she gets up and turns it off because I have invariably *not* gone to bed, and therefore not turned it off.

Poor mom.

Been staying up late chatting with asidian and liete who I have claimed as my friendly friends. And Liete will be taking my Tsubasa manga, so I have to remember to take that to Otakon.

OTAKON IS IN LIKE A WEEK HOLY FUCK.

And I must sew like the Devil himself is at my sewing machine...or something. Actually, Al is really coming together, and tomorrow I will sew buttons, but Michael is...uh...troubling, to say the least. I will shop for green fabric of an olive persuasion, also on the morrow. I'm starting to wonder if Lydia will ever actually have the time to help me, since she's apparently leaving town again on Thursday. Boo. Boooo.

I did go over and see her tonight, because it was her birthday, and because Beth called and sounded like she needed some company. I took Oni, and painted my nails blue with little black FMA flamels on them, because I am an incredible loser. I think it weirded Lydia out to see me painting crosses on my feet. Oh, the Pfotenhome.

Oni looks terribly cross with me. She might be angry, tired, or dead. I think she's moving, so she's probably not dead.

And HDM definitely made me all teary AGAIN today. Damn.

And Lori, I failed you tonight, but I will attempt to succeed tomorrow!

Also: today Oni licked my nose. It was so incredibly adorable I have to bang my head against the wall so as not to go insane.

I think I need to go to sleep. Maybe. Not sure.

I never told you about Taylor poking me for attention. It was really really cute and she got all the attention she could ask for because of it. I will describe in greater detail to you sometime soon!
