I have mutant allergies. They are horrific. I sneezed and blew my nose all through work tonight, and it was awesome to be helping someone and have a sneezing fit. It would be convenient if I had cute sneezes like Bob or even Vicky, but I have hideous huge sneezes and I am not pretty when I do it. I also should not have been allowed to mind an entire video store, since I was having trouble reading and completing rational sentences, let alone operate heavy machinery like driving a car, both of which I did anyway.

Mmm. Allergiiieessss.

I'm only up to page 207 in my reading, which leaves me with 200 more to read tomorrow. And I work at 7. And I hate this book.

It's sort of pitiful when I'm so worn out from snotting that I can't even muster the energy to steal icons. Uuhhhhhhhhh....*claws weakly at Liete's icon post*

But I was composing this list in my head all night, so I had to post it. [livejournal.com profile] decken tagged me for a 20 facts thing, but I did that 100 facts thing over the summer, and I didn't want to bore people (although I've claimed new friends since then...hmmm, toss up...). So instead, we present:

20 Public Places I Have Slept (not behind a cut since LJ is not letting me make said cut)
1. Mudd Library (Oberlin)
2. King(Oberlin): At least once on all three floors, more on the first and third
3. Peters Hall (Oberlin): The lobby and the floor of the EAS office
4. Science Center (Oberlin): Atrium and Love Lounge
5. Wilder(Oberlin): Lobby
6. Conservatory (Oberlin): Library
7. Double-decker Bus (London)
8. Victoria and Albert Museum (London)
9. Milwaukee Museum of Art
10. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
11. Detroit Airport
12. Chicago O'Hare Airport
13. Performance of "Copenhagen" (London)
14. St. Paul's Cathedral (London)
15. AKP Office (Kyoto): Lounge and library
16. Point Theater, during the movie "The Contender"
17. Dane County Regional Airport
18. Various classes throughout my academic career
19. Tappan Square (Oberlin)
20. Barnes and Noble West

Also, for AKPeoples, Reid once fell asleep at Round 1. Despite everything being like 6 billion decibles. He is winner.

Bonus: Things I Have Decided Cure Allergies in Fits of Brilliance, But Probably Don't
1. No less than four glasses of Dr. Pepper at Chili's
2. Eating an entire box of Wheatthins
3. Twix

Watched "Better Off Dead" with Amy today, which is a phenomenal movie, and not just because of John Cusack, but because it is. I think I should like to own it.

Oh man, I'm sneezing so hard it makes my arms hurt. That can't be good, or even logical.

So many birthday coming up, so little time, so little money, so many allergies...

But what it all comes down to is this truth: "It's a shame when people throw away a perfectly good white boy."
