How we longed for heaven

Almost $1100 later, my baby is back, and it seems so tiny, I've been so used to using GARGANTUA that my hands are all close together and my fingers are slipping on the keys that I've long since worn the textures off of.
Oh, my Enkidu. Oh my baby.
Had a sort of lame day, with me feeling like the stupidest person in my seminar, which I probably am, and sitting through three hours straight of conceptual history is not my idea of fun. The worst part is having to tell my parents and get the question "Well, then are you sure this is what you want to do?" Yes it's what I want to do, if I'm still smart enough. Stupid hard class.
Had nice highlight in lunching with Bob and consuming orange chocolate chip ice cream. Nice.
Was planning on going home and taking a nap but work called and needed me to come in because someone was sick. I fill in all the goddamn time. I am so owed.
And then I watched the season premiere of "Arrested Development" with Don and Jake, and when Don left, Jake cajoled me into staying and...uh...watching "7th Heaven," which actually meant skipping over most of it, and then we watched "House (MD)" because Jake wanted Don to see it and he said (seriously) "You're kind of like Don."
