Forgot to mention that Don and I went hiking at Devil's Lake on Friday. It was absolutely gorgeous, if mildly unnerving when he'd get too close to the edge on slippery rocks. And then he plummeted to his death, the end.
...no, he didn't, but I slipped a few times, and all I could think about was the description I gave someone mysterious the other day of what it felt like to break my arm and then I couldn't stop thinking about that...
It felt a lot like when we were hiking on Miyajima and got totally lost. Zara and Cone, it as you and me and Hana and the Fat and Kristin, right? OH GOD MEMORIES.
In other news, went to my mom's office after work last night and wrote my paper, which was a huge relief. I get history buzzes, though, where I get incredibly wired while I work on something like that, and then coming down is kind of awkward, especially with my not-quite-cramps cramps, so I ended up sleeping to "JFK" for the second time in a week.
monkeybobert: Do you want to have another cute date tomorrow? And you don't work, right? If you want, I can rent 「着なり」and we can be all oooooo spookyspooky, hopefully with some of it MAKING SENSE this time.
Off to finally complete the last phase of my masterplan involving le box dekaltia. Peace.

And congrats on finishing you paper! I finished my 8 page paper, but still have a 5 pager to do. I just read a book for it (in Memorial Library!) so hopefully I will be able to crank that out tonight. I'm off to do just that!

Sorry I haven't been around, you know the drill of work, and then this stupid paper... I'm hoping this week will be better, though, now that I'm finally making progress with grad stuff and I won't have services and things too. I even have two whole days off!
