This time tomorrow - Part II
Nov. 30th, 2005 04:14 pm...so I just bought a new thermometer, and now I don't have a fever, my temperature is actually 2-3 degrees colder than it should be. Oh what the hell, thermometers. Is this so hard?
List grad schools you are applying to. Bold the names of the schools as you complete the applications. Star them when the application has been sent.
1. The College of William and Mary No star yet - online part submitted, but supplement not sent
2. University of Wisconsin - Madison*
3. University of California - Berkeley*
4. University of Pennsylvania*
5. Stanford
Berkeley played a nasty trick on me, popping up a supplemental form that I didn't know about until after I'd submitted everything else. And it had to be printed and hand-written. Yeehaw. That's why we have overnight mail.
Now I can breathe for a day.

Date: 2005-11-30 11:20 pm (UTC)BTW, I doubt that the old thermometer had mercury in it (unless it was really, REALLY old, which it may have been, I dunno). Most thermometers nowadays have a different type of fluid in them instead of mercury. One way you can tell is if the liquid was red instead of gray.
