It's a bit of a shock when you're standing lost in the middle of a city in the middle of Virginia that you thought you'd spend the next five years in and you find yourself thinking "Maybe I should try California again."
And it's harrowing when you walk into a University center and you hate the person behind the desk almost on sight because he's not charming and not funny and not even nice and you think "Oh my god, this is what the people here are like?1?!!?!??!"
And everything is fucking made out of BRICK, and it's VIRGINIA and suddenly it's this harrowing pseudo-adventure and you don't even know if you want a souvenir sweatshirt because OH MY GOD...
What am I going to do? This has gotten much more complicated than I had anticipated.
