Tomorrow you'll be miles away
Jul. 31st, 2003 12:09 pmSo,um, I guess I should have been a little more on the ball with this "Oh, I'm going to New York" thing. Cuz I'm going tomorrow, and that's fuckin' weird. I'm so not prepared for this. My mom and I are staying in a hotel, which should be interesting, and is somewhat of a relief, not that I don't love my grandfather's apartment, but...New York is hard for me without my grandmother. But I do okay. I have, as yet, failed to call anyone, so no one but Oliver knows I'm coming, and he lives in Connecticut, so that doesn't count. I need to call Wyna tonight..
Anyway, um, the party last night was odd, with people coming and going in shifts. Bob and Gretchen and I danced around on my driveway for a while -okay, Bob and I danced, Gretchen let my tree eat her, and then Jake and Don came over and they watched X-Files, and I fell asleep. ROCK! Before that, Chenya and Joel and David were over and we drew and looked at weird websites, and talked about weird things. Like my icky random thoughts!
Vicky, the icky random thoughts kinda came from all the free time I had to think at work, and from a panel in Errant Story, where the girl takes into consideration that real-life yaoi is probably not as attractive as it's made out to be. And then I was talking to Bob about it, and then I decided to post it. It made Chenya scream. Sorry baby! I only did it out of love. Um...really.
Also, I revived Kamui the fall of my freshman year, but she's not, like, my total alter-ego anymore. Or at least, she's not the main one. The main one is Redux, hence my e-mail.
Anyway, WAH, I'LL MISS YOU ALL! I should have hugged you all good bye last night!
And Don and I are going to see Pirates today, and then I'm going to see Corin and give him a barthday persent, and...and...ARGH! PAIRAKA, YOUR THING WON'T GET MAILED UNTIL I GET BACK! I forgot to get your whiteout pen, Chenya! WHY AM I FREAKING OUT?!
I don't know.
I will look at the peaceful keeboo that sleeps on my bed because he can't sleep in his own bed what with three different kinds of construction going on there. What a sleeping keeboo that I will take pictures of. Heh heh heh...
Anyway, I'll be back in a few days, I don't know how I'll make it without my computer!
I don't care where I am, where you're from, what we did as long as you love me.
ROCK!
