Best customer complaint ever: guy comes into the store and bitches that the women in the porn he rented were ugly.

In fact, he consistently rents porn and the women are ugly, and has complained about it before.

Why don't we warn him? Why don't we tell him which porn has ugly women and which doesn't? Why aren't we aware of his standards of attractiveness?
