maypirateSo yesterday was spent without power, and with Lisa and I occasionally going out to sit in her car to charge my cell phone so she could call to replace hers which she fried in the rain on our walk to the bank.
And eventually the power came back on, and we watched "Forrest Gump," and my shitty movie was awesome and adorable and I am a fan, even if it was weird and inexpicable at points. Thank you.
It's absolutely gorgeous out today, and I am sitting on my couch ethernet-cabled to the ground and I really need to go finish buying my books for classes but my horrible food habits have caught up with me and I am in awesome pain.
And I realized last night that the image on my giant BDS poster is flipped - Connor is supposed to be on the left, but in it he's on the right, and this is, stupidly enough, driving me crazy. Goddamn OCD.
Anyway, I'm going to go die on the floor outside the bathroom until Lisa stops taking a shower.
...whereupon I will go die IN the bathroom.
