Today at work I amused myself by counting the number of times I rode the elevator. In 5 hours, I made 20 trips (that's counting up as one and down as another). I rode the freight elevator 8 times and the normal one 12 times.

And I think I should find some way to measure how much walking I do there. I'm sure I walked at least a mile around the damn place today. If not more.
