I thought I should just drop in and say that yes, I did eventually make it home.

In an odd coincidence, my uncle and grandfather were on their way back from a driving trip, and so my uncle picked me up at the airport at 2 am.

I also walked around the CW with them today, which was nice, and then went to dinner where I had to talk about grad school and my future and grad school in my future and all other permutations of such and I eventually just got very tired of it because it's like "yes, I appreciate your caring and your metaphors, but really, nothing you're saying is particularly incendiary at this time and all the advice or suggestions or commentary in the world isn't going to change that I will still be in grad school tomorrow with reading to do."

But anyway, I do have me a Casino Royale!

And OH! I cut my hair while I was at home, as short as I've ever had it.

Seriously, it's been a week now and I'm still not used to seeing myself in the mirror.

I think it's cute. The funny thing about this is- I a) while doing a lithograph of that picture of Hyde, the EXACT one, thought b) One day I want to cut my hair JUST like that.
