As zombie outbreaks go, I dunno. Like,the small bites mean you'd still be mostly intact by the time you zombified. So we'd just end up having a lot of mostly intact, if slightly gnawed regular zombies, rather than the usual open wounds variety. Here's a fun thought, would the zombie pigs ride the zombie humans? Like perched on their shoulders?

I was thinking more like, chew out their brains and crawl inside and direct them like a mech pilot!
