"Take my horse to his own bed."

decken and I had the brilliant idea to do something stupid, which was watch the movie "Caligula" and it was...really...deadening. I've looked it up on IMDB and Wikipedia this morning which explains some of the rampant nonsensical whatthefuckery that was most of it, but uhh...yeah. Cold. Cold and dead inside. I did like this review, though: "Newsweek magazine called Caligula "a two-and-one-half-hour cavalcade of depravity that seems to have been photographed through a tub of Vaseline."
If you like seeing Helen Mirren mostly naked, and Peter O'Toole riddled with faux-syphilitic lesions, you'll possibly enjoy parts of Caligula! Or not! Who knows! I'm rotting inside!
In this endeavor I completely forgot that the new season of House started, and you know I'm okay with that. There are a lot of things about House that I can't say without incurring complications, and so I won't, but it's better for my heart if I never watch anything past season 3 ever. Or ever again.
I did finally see the first three episodes of "Pushing Daisies," which what just as goddamn delightful as everyone has said. Although Lee Pace's character reminds me terribly much of Don, to the point that I actually called him up and was like "Thanks for being in the show, you jerk!" and we talked and that was fine if melancholy.
Luckily, thanks to Caligula and so many other debaucherous films, I don't have a complete soul anymore, and soon human emotions will no longer trouble me! Hey
harukaceles, we should watch "Nude for Satan," which cannot be other than a movie of the type that we would watch.
This afternoon I will try an English Tea Latte and read my book about telegraphs and murder.
