Hello it's me, I've thought about us for a long long time

It's -13 outside, but apparently it feels like -28! The sky is SO BLUE it's insane. Oh Wisconsin, never change!


My boss, however, doesn't like the cold and yesterday there was some flooding in the utility room and she keeps talking about how she wants to go on vacation and I want to shout "OH MY GOD JUST GO ALREADY AND STOP TALKING ABOUT IT, IT'S NOT LIKE YOU'LL EVEN HAVE TO MAKE UP THE GODDAMN DAYS!" I also liked the part where when she was talking to Peter and I about two weeks ago, she said "last year I made nothing - I made what you guys make," and I didn't catch that the first time around but then Peter was like "Isn't it nice to know she also thinks we don't make anything?" Guhhhhh. And that is "guhhhhh" in the way I believe it should be used, not as in "omg hot" but "oafhdksdhfkshishaaiu WHATTHEFUCK."


After some research, I have concluded that Livvy does not conduct electricity like Nicky, BUT it makes sense that Nicky does, being that she is named after David Bowie in the Prestige Nikola Tesla after all.

While channel surfing last night I happened to catch a recent episode of The Daily Show that featured Daniel Craig and it was adorable, because he swiveled around in his chair a lot and has a really stupid laugh that sounds kind of like "hur hur hur" and that made me smile.

And for seemingly no reason, Richard got me my very first Ugly Doll yesterday! So after years of buying them for other people, I finally have one of my own. :)

decken and I are going to see "Milk" tonight, or so goes the theoretical plan. Please to be kicking my ass, movie. Please to be kicking it good.

YIP YIP YIP YIP YIP actually when I was a kid I was completely terrified of the yipyip monsters, but in my grown-up-ness I have come to embrace them as part of the Sesame St. pre-Elmo the evil overlord.

The yip yip monsters used to scare me and I had nightmares as them as a child. But they are kind of great. I wish they were in the Muppet Christmas Carol!

I want to see it because it looks amazing and moving and very well done. But the REAL reason? The terribly embarrassing reason? I really want to go to see it so I can swoon over Lucas Grabeel being adorable and ohsogay. WHYYYY CRUEL WORLD.

Haha I'd be going for a lot more than that, but it'd definitely be an added bonus and is the reason I'd go to see it in theaters. Because I am WEAK.
