This is a post I must make before any others.

I have missed some events and been behind on a great many thanks. I always have plans for grandiose displays of my affection and gratitude, and somehow they never get done - I'm at work, I'm asleep, I'm horrible...etc.

So here are some things that I've wanted to say in much more fancy and eloquent terms, but which I think should be known:

VERY HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO:

junemermaid: I hope this year finds you less prone to terrible sudden bleeding and that I can see you again and possibly poke your face.

ningengirai: may the wonders of Bakshi-art always bring a smile to your face. You are fascinating and amazing and I'm so glad to know you and have a window into your awesomeness.

A VERY SUPREME THANK YOU TO:

sky_dark: It feels like I haven't talked to you in ages, so getting the chocolates from you was an amazing and touching surprise. I've wanted to find a way to repay you for that, but time keeps slipping past me. Thank you. So much.

recrudescence: I was shocked and excited to get the notebook and I laaaaaughed at the stickers, and I was so excited. I need to find that list of things you need from Americaland so I can send you back as awesome a thing as you sent me.

I'm sure there's more, and I'm sorry if I dropped any balls here - there are so many, it's hard to catch them all. But all of you reading this are wonderful, and I'm always grateful for your presence in my life.
