Hundreds of miles

So this is a post I need to make because I do. Sorry for the spammery, but tadaah, I'm back!

Last week infinityduck came to see me for the second time. He brought me the cake from Portal. It was delicious and moist. He is now my boyfriend. He would have been without the cake, but it was a nice touch.





I threw him at my friends, or threw my friends at him. He was judged by monkeybobert, decken, purestlime, cecilmcgrlybts and harukaceles. They did not tear off his skin. Mostly.

I have a lot to say but I'm not sure how to say it. I didn't expect to meet someone, even though donburi had already moved on. I didn't expect to like him as much as it turns out I do. We watched movies and took naps and went shopping and made out on the floor again. We sat in a coffee shop and talked about how disgustingly cute we were and how that made us nauseous. We debated throwing each other into a lake. Like me, when he's been woken up from a deep sleep, he has no idea what he's saying and it's frequently hilarious. He lets me sleep through movies. He writes things.

It's very likely he'll move here by or during the summer.

It's not like I don't have fears or doubts, but he talks to me about them. And we do talk a lot and it's comforting. I don't know what will happen, but here's hoping for the best. And I haven't felt like hoping in a like time.
