Yesterday I "interviewed" two potential roommates, one of whom I found quite charming, and the other of whom...she was nice, but she felt super young. I dunno. Also the fact that she indicated that she was Christian in her first email made me concerned she would not be such a fan of boy spending the night, so... anyway. Of course no one has accepted anything so the sucking continues. Laura is gone except for a few remaining knick-knacks, and while it's mildly creepy, but I think I'm kinda going to enjoy living alone for a little except for the rent-by-myself part.

But. I did go to harukaceles's bachelorette party in Wisconsin Dells, and that was fun. It was a ridiculously beautiful day and we went to the torture museum, rode "the Original Wisconsin Ducks," played Pirate-themed-ish mini golf, and I ate many onion rings. It's been years since I was in the Dells and the overwhelming campiness and ridiculousity made me very happy.

Also, timbean, we didn't end up at the alligator farm after all, but uh...we saw it? It was near the "Castle of Terror" and down the street from the mock Trojan Horse. True story.

And I have a bazillion things to do before 3 AM Wednesday morning when poor infinityduck has to drive me to Milwaukee.

And I'm glad you had a good time for the party. It was completely gorgeous out there. I feel pretty lucky about that.
