Kaze ni Naritai (風に成りたい)
Jan. 28th, 2004 02:18 pmThe girl sitting next to me has been reading FFVIII yaoi for the past hour or two. That`s tells you one, how long I`ve been in here (5 hours) and two, that...uh... that`s what this girl is doing.
Good for her, I guess.
Last night I was summoned to dinner at the home of the American Consul in Osaka, and that was pretty darn far away. My hideously uncomfortable "Beautifeel" shoes only made it worse. If Japanese women just wear shoes like this all the time regardless of the pain, I have to say they`ve got something seriously wrong with them.
I got new shoes, speaking of shoes. They are white with red and blue stripes. I call them America Shoes. I have to explain to my Vans what might happen, which is hard, being as I`ve been wearing smoke-colored Vans for the past seven years.
I feel older.
My Japanese test yesterday felt better to me than any of the ones last semester. But what do I know? I was first to hand it in as usual, and everyone else was like "Holy butt monkeys, that was worse than last time!" And so I am at a loss.
But I am on the internet, and we all know how that makes me feel.
I will soon be showing my Aoshi doll and perhaps a leetle Miroku around Kyoto. I will become the new patron saint of taking plushies places and taking pictures of them!
Yes, I AM that kind of loser!
HA!
...HA!
