Thanks for everyone who gave hugs or thought thoughts at me yesterday, it was very much appreciated. I went home, had quality snuggletime with Nicky (she lay down against my arm and put her head in my hand and it was the most amazing thing ever) and then I had artnight with

jou, and

caffeaffogato and her coworker and I had an almond joy mocha. Equilibrium was more or less restored.

I just had this conversation at work:

Guy: Do you have "Lottery Ticket?"
Me: It isn't out yet.
Guy: But it said it was coming out summer 2010, that was like a year ago.
Me: ...that was this summer.

...just another day at my job. But is it leaps and bounds above the shit I dealt with yesterday? Absolutely. Carry on, sir, carry on.

And there is still time to VOTE IN MY POLL. So you should do that. Because cards are for everyone and so are ticky boxes.
