Sorry for spamming everyone's flists this week. I'll try to get ahold of myself soon.

What I love -and by love I of course mean hate- is dreaming about work, because then I wake up and get to live the dream and the dream is lame and horrid and annoying.


This morning two people were waiting outside for the doors to open, then like five more people filed in, dropped off 20 movies, and formed a line. Is this normal? Does this happen at other movie stores, the deluge when they open? Anyone know?

Then a guy pointed out that our invoices still say that we're open from 8 am - 1 am and while I was attempting to explain that invoices cost money and it would be impractical to throw them out, he said "that's good business sense" with a wry smile and I can only assume he was being sarcastic and skduhfsiduhfks. I wanted to yell. Or smack him.


I feel the way the white guinea pig looks (although I am not dressed as well).



Crankyface pig is crankyface. It's gonna be a long day in a long week.

I'd completely forgotten North Korea. I should keep reminding myself that at least I'm not in North Korea. This last week and a half has definitely called for such a measure.

That's how I feel about work right now too. I felt so sick this morning and only was okay with calling out because I had nothing on my desk that was super time sensitive.
I really want to hope 2011 is Year of Great Change for us all, Ambers!
I hope you get to escape Four Star and find something better.
